Memorial Garden Plaque – Heart

This garden plaque is personalised with your custom name and date and is the perfect way to remember a lost loved one.

Made from a UV-resistant acrylic based laminate which is 3.2m thick yet still flexible.
You can choose from 2 different sizes and 3 metal effect colours, each producing a black engraved effect.

The plaque will not fade, crack or split however we recommend that you dig a hole first and back fill once the plaque is in place.
