This unique family name plaque is designed to be added to as your family grows. Printed on 40 x 30cm birch plywood with your choice of name followed by the words “We love you to the moon and back”.

It comes with peel and stick  stars each printed with Children’s names and date of birth for you to arrange however you choose on the plaque. The basic price includes up to 10 names and all additional names are $2 each.
