At Chain Valley Gifts, we take great care in creating and packaging your personalised items. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us via email within 72 hours of receiving your item.
- To process a claim, we require photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.
- In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned for inspection, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
