At Chain Valley Gifts, we proudly ship Australia-wide from our Central Coast factory.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• All orders are dispatched within 2-5 days of receiving payment. (Textile items such as Cushions and blankets can take up to 3 weeks as we use a production partner to make these for us.)
• Personalised items may take a little longer during peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas.
• If you need your order quickly, please select “Express” at checkout.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on location:

• Regular Post: $11.99
• Express Post: $18.99
• Express Shipping for Wooden Keepsake Boxes: $34 (due to size & weight) – we absorb any additional postage costs.
