Description
UV printed directly onto free standing pine 30 x 14 cm.
Wood Printing
We take care in choosing wood with no knots to give your print as smooth a surface as possible. Wood photo prints will show varying patterns of natural wood grain subtly through your image, these grain lines are what gives your wooden photo print a timeless rustic look.
Due to the beautiful light brown colour of the natural timber your photos will print slightly darker than if they were printed on white photo paper or a canvas. Our UV printers produce a beautiful, high resolution print with rustic charm. If you are after a slick, glossy photo print then printing on wood is probably not for you and canvas would be a better option.
Photo Quality
Low resolution photos cannot be improved. Images saved from social media are generally compressed and lower quality (Even though it may look crisp on your device).
You should always upload the original photograph where possible. For most smaller products such as our free standing photo blocks these photos can be used if needed, we do not recommend compressed images for large photo prints.
Light, bright photos look best, as mentioned above photos appear slightly darker when printed on a wood surface, please avoid photos with lots of shadow (particularly on faces and important details) and avoid night time images.
Product Customisation
Our cutting edge customisation feature allows you the freedom to upload, crop, zoom and reposition your image however you choose. You can add your chosen text and choose fonts all while seeing a real-time preview of how your gift will look.
A print file is created from your design so please ensure that your image is placed covering the entire shaded area. Please check; spelling, punctuation, grammer and capitalisation of all wording prior to adding to cart as you cannot edit your design once in the cart. We print your order exactly as you see on the screen, ensuring that your item is exactly as you want it.
