This personalised tin measures 20cm x 13.5cm x 7cm deep, offering a compact yet roomy storage solution.

Both the inside and outside are finished in a soft matt white, giving it a clean, modern look that suits any style.

Please note, slight imperfections may be present due to the manufacturing process, adding a subtle touch of character to each unique tin.

Our cutting edge customisation feature allows you the freedom to upload, crop, zoom and reposition your image however you choose. You can add your chosen text and choose fonts all while seeing a real-time preview of how your gift will look.

To use our Custom preview software simply enter your personalised text or upload your photo where prompted below.

You’ll see a live preview update in real time, allowing you to adjust fonts, spacing, or photo cropping to your liking. (The preview shows at top of page over the product image).

Please ensure your photo (if included) covers the whole area, photo can be zoomed in or out for a better fit. Press the enter key to spread long portions of text over more than one line.

Once you’re happy with your design, double-check all details including spelling before adding the item to your cart—what you see in the preview is exactly how it will be produced.

If you would like any changes made to the design you create please proceed to purchase the item then immediately reply to the order confirmation email with details of the changes you would like.

FAQ'S

All orders will be dispatched from Our Central Coast factory within 2-4 business days of your order and payment being received. Please allow a few more days for personalised items during peak periods such as the lead up to Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.

***All fabric items can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered as we do not make these on site***

Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s network. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out – we’re always happy to help!

We offer Australia Wide flat rate shipping fees based on location ranging from $9 – $12 for regular post & $14 – $19 for Express Post. Chain Valley Gifts absorbs any additional postage costs.

All orders over $130 qualify for free shipping.

***Please note that our wooden keepsake boxes will cost $35 for express shipping due to their large size***

Yes, if you live locally you may choose to collect your order from our warehouse located at 3/27-31 Arizona Rd Charmhaven NSW 3362.

If you have chosen Click & Collect on your order you will be sent an email once your order is complete and ready to be collected.


No, we don’t include invoices in any of our parcels, making them perfect for gifting. A confirmation is sent to the purchaser by email, and the recipient will only receive the beautifully packaged gift.


Currently, we do not ship internationally. Our focus is on fast, reliable service within Australia.


We will replace or refund any item that is received damaged or faulty, however we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we must be notified via email within 72 hours of receipt of stock. In order for us to make a claim from our shipping company we will require photos of the damaged goods as well as the packaging. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection and if so we will pay for the delivery cost.

We’re flexible and happy to help with changes where possible—just contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.


In the event that you order an item that is currently out of stock we will contact you to give you the choice of a refund or backorder.

Backorder means that your item will be sent to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.
