WOOD PRINTING
We carefully select timber with minimal knots to provide the smoothest surface possible for your print. Each wood print will naturally display subtle variations in the grain, adding to its unique, rustic charm. These grain patterns are a hallmark of the timeless, handcrafted feel of wood prints.

Because the wood has a warm, light brown tone, photos will appear slightly darker compared to prints on white photo paper or canvas. For the best results, choose light, bright images. Our high-resolution UV printers ensure beautiful detail while preserving the organic feel of the wood. If you're looking for a glossy, polished photo finish, canvas or glass may be a more suitable option.

PHOTO QUALITY
Low-resolution images cannot be enhanced. Photos downloaded from social media or edited with certain apps are often compressed and may appear pixelated when printed—despite looking clear on your screen.

Always upload the original, highest-quality version of your photo whenever possible. Light, bright images produce the best results on wood, as darker photos—especially those with shadows on faces or taken at night—may lose important detail when printed on the timber surface.

Our cutting edge customisation feature allows you the freedom to upload, crop, zoom and reposition your image however you choose. You can add your chosen text and choose fonts all while seeing a real-time preview of how your gift will look.

You’ll see a live preview update in real time, allowing you to adjust fonts, spacing, or photo cropping to your liking. (The preview shows at top of page over the product image).

Please ensure your photo (if included) covers the whole area, photo can be zoomed in or out for a better fit. Press the enter key to spread long portions of text over more than one line.

Once you’re happy with your design, double-check all details including spelling before adding the item to your cart—what you see in the preview is exactly how it will be produced.

All orders will be dispatched from Our Central Coast factory within 2-4 business days of your order and payment being received. Please allow a few more days for personalised items during peak periods such as the lead up to Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.

***All fabric items can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered as we do not make these on site***

Yes, if you live locally you may choose to collect your order from our warehouse located at 3/27-31 Arizona Rd Charmhaven NSW 3362.

If you have chosen Click & Collect on your order you will be sent an email once your order is complete and ready to be collected.


No, we don’t include invoices in any of our parcels, making them perfect for gifting. A confirmation is sent to the purchaser by email, and the recipient will only receive the beautifully packaged gift.


Currently, we do not ship internationally. Our focus is on fast, reliable service within Australia.


We will replace or refund any item that is received damaged or faulty, however we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we must be notified via email within 72 hours of receipt of stock. In order for us to make a claim from our shipping company we will require photos of the damaged goods as well as the packaging. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection and if so we will pay for the delivery cost.

We’re flexible and happy to help with changes where possible—just contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.


In the event that you order an item that is currently out of stock we will contact you to give you the choice of a refund or backorder.

Backorder means that your item will be sent to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.
